A tribute to my wife’s family who were pioneers in South African white wine production. This is a heartfelt interpretation of what an old-school Cape white could be today, respecting tradition while embracing the precision and freshness of modern South African winemaking. Grapes are whole bunch pressed, then fermented and aged in old French barrels for 9 months.
