The Natte Valleij One Night Stand Rose as the name suggests, the skins are left with the juice for one night, before being pressed. The extended skin contact gives more weight and complexity to the palate. From the press the juice is pumped directly to barrel where a spontaneous fermentation begins. It is aged sur lie for 6 months before being made ready for bottling. It is made from our younger cinsault vines. Expressing these vines exuberance and youthfulness!
